RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision, according to which Artur Nahapetyan was appointed deputy chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.
"Guided by Article 20, Part 4 of the Law "On the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia", Artur Nahapetyan was appointed as the deputy chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia," the decision states.
According to Nikol Pashinyan's other decisions, Artur Melikyan was released from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia - Head of the Main Department for the Investigation of Especially Important Cases, Vazgen Avetisyan was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia - Head of the Main Department for the Investigation of Especially Important Cases.
