According to Nikol Pashinyan's decision, Khachatur Mkrtchyan, acting deputy governor of Armavir, was dismissed from his position.

"Guided by Article 6, Part 3.1 and Article 9, Part 9 of the Law on Public Service, the acting Deputy Governor of Armavir Region of the Republic of Armenia, Khachatur Mkrtchyan, should be dismissed from his position," the decision states.
