President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated foreign leaders on the occasion of the New Year holidays, his press service reports.
In particular, Lukashenko congratulated the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturian, the President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokaev and other heads of state.
The President of Belarus also congratulated Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II. It should be noted that the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, is missing from the list.
