"Dear compatriots, the year 2024 is coming to an end, which passed on the one hand, the psychological situation after the complete depopulation of Artsakh as a result of the genocidal policy of Azerbaijan, the struggle for the preservation of the subjectivity of Artsakh, the struggle for the freedom of military and political leaders and prisoners elected by the people of Artsakh, and the search for solutions to the social problems of our forcibly displaced compatriots. , on the other hand, due to the false agenda of peace, the illegal processes of border demarcation and demarcation forced from Azerbaijan to Armenia, various pressures and attempts of sanctions, and in response to the anti-state and nation-destructive attitude, unilateral concessions, defeatist policies adopted by the Armenian authorities.
Undoubtedly, the only hopeful process in the created difficult situation was the Sacred Movement, expressed by the actions of the conscious part of the Armenian people who participated and supported it to protect the national interests.
