Karen Sarukhanyan, deputy of the "Civil Contract" faction of the JSC, wrote on her Facebook page:
"I would like to inform you that there was no disagreement or conflict between me and the acting head of Gyumri community Sarik Minasyan, we are not only party partners, but we also have close friendships working together in the National Assembly of the 7th convocation.
No matter how much you try to create the impression that there is tension between the Gyumri teammates of the "Civil Contract" party in the run-up to the upcoming Gyumri local government elections, it will not work, because we continue our work as usual and the result is visible to every Gyumri citizen.
