He started talking about the topic of handing over 4 villages from the territory of Tavush region of the Republic of Armenia to Azerbaijan.

The opposition MP also noted that that part of the Tavush-Azerbaijan contact line was the most protected part of Armenia and Azerbaijan has already built new fortifications there, which were hardly done for defensive purposes.
Mamijanyan criticized the working regulations of the border demarcation commissions and the agreements reached within it, stressing that according to common sense, border demarcation should have started from the areas where the Azerbaijani armed forces invaded.

Referring to the Armenian-Turkish relations, Mamijanyan noted that the current authorities of the Republic of Armenia have refused mediation efforts of other states and structures in the settlement process with Azerbaijan and rely only on Turkey.
While observing the fact that Erdogan received the book as a gift, Mamijanyan noticed that the foreign political ambitions of Turkey are in that book.
