The Coordinating Council of the alternative socio-political movement "Together" issued a statement.
"In accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia on "Operational Intelligence Activities", the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia is checking the report of the "Together" movement, Prime Minister N. Pashinyan and Deputy Prime Minister M. Regarding Grigoryan's alleged state treason, the Armenian Prosecutor's Office informed the "Together" movement that they addressed the report to the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia in order to check the circumstances mentioned in it in accordance with the RA Law on "Operational Intelligence Activities". Hayk Hovhannisyan, the Deputy Head of the Department for the Basics of the Constitutional Order, Crimes Against the State and Public Security of the RA Prosecutor General's Office, informed the coordinating council of the "Miasin" movement about it. appealed to the RA General Prosecutor's Office to initiate criminal proceedings against RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan under Article 299 of the RA Criminal Code on demand.
Accordingly, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan performed actions during the Armenia-Azerbaijan border demarcation process, which apparently correspond to Section 11 of the RA Criminal Code: Crimes against State Power, Chapter 28, "Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order" and crimes against the security of the state", to the crime contained in paragraph 1 of Article 299:
"1. State treason - siding with the enemy, espionage, handing over state secrets to a foreign state or foreign organization or their representatives, or providing other assistance in carrying out hostile activities, committed by a citizen of the Republic of Armenia to the detriment of the sovereignty, territorial integrity or external security of the Republic of Armenia." Also based on the provisions of Article 6 of the Criminal Code, "The principle of equality before the law" and 7, "The principle of inevitability of responsibility", the "Together" movement demanded to give the appropriate qualification to RA Prime Minister N. Pashinyan's and Deputy Prime Minister M. Grigoryan's actions as state treason.
H. C. Let's clarify that the "Together" movement provided the prosecutor's office with relevant protocols with tripartite signatures regarding the border demarcation between the ASSR and ADRSR in 1983-84. As well as "Decision N 739 of the Council of Ministers of the Armenian SSR, by which the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Armenian SSR A. Kochinyan in 1964. approves the decision N 1043 of the main department of highways under the Soviet of Ministers of the ASSR, which refers to the list of interstate and republican roads of the ASSR, here, in point 6, the Goris-Kapan highway is indicated in its entire length of 67.8 km.
