The mayor of Yerevan finally lost in the case against Ishkhan Saghatelyan.

"Based on the fact of holding protests and emergency gatherings of the "Resistance" movement in 2022, the mayor of Yerevan filed 4 lawsuits against Ishkhan Saghatelyan, demanding that he be fined up to 300,000 AMD as an organizer, in total up to 1 million 200 thousand AMD :
I am the representative of Ishkhan Saghatelyan in the 4 related cases, the protection of his rights and freedoms in these cases is carried out by me both in the Administrative Court and the Appeal Administrative Court.
Last year, the Administrative Court satisfied our demand in all 4 cases, rejecting the 4 lawsuits of the Mayor of Yerevan against Ishkhan Saghatelyan.
The mayor of Yerevan appealed against all 4 decisions of the Administrative Court, and the appeals were not withdrawn after the Yerevan Council of Elders elections in 2023. Having lost in the case ВД2/0186/05/22, the mayor appealed the decision of the Court of Appeal to the Court of Cassation.
A little while ago, I received the decision of the Court of Cassation, by which the appeal of the Mayor of Yerevan was rejected. the decision comes into legal force from the moment it is made, is final and is not subject to appeal.
By the way, the Yerevan Municipality did not have the right to appeal to the Supreme Court. Only the mayor of Yerevan could be the appellant in this case."
