"50 days before my suicide". Hovik Aghazaryan's application to the Prosecutor General

Hakob Charoyan, Hovik Aghazaryan's lawyer, has written an appeal to the Chief Prosecutor Anna Vardapetyan, complaining about the investigator's letter not to initiate criminal proceedings, "Hraparak" reports.

"Yesterday we wrote that the Anti-corruption Committee rejected the application of the lawyer of Hovik Aghazaryan, dismissed from the CP, to initiate criminal proceedings for the illegal violation of the privacy of correspondence, telephone conversations and other forms of communication.

In the application addressed to Anna Vardapetyan, Charoyan wrote, "instruct the supervising prosecutor to draw up a protocol on the basis of the application to initiate criminal proceedings and instruct the investigator to conduct a preliminary investigation," the website writes.

"I have the right to appeal the decision not to initiate criminal proceedings to the supervising prosecutor, his decision to the superior prosecutor. Since the investigator's decision addressed to me was approved by the supervising prosecutor, I turned to the chief prosecutor to check the legality of the note," said Hakob Charoyan in an interview with "Hraparak".

It is noteworthy that in the preface of the complaint addressed to Anna Vardapetyan, the lawyer referred to the following paragraph of Seis Kramer's book "50 days before my suicide".

"If you want something, you must achieve it, regardless of all principles and other people's opinions." This is how the lawyer comments.

"I carry out my legal work on this principle, and I don't care who will form an opinion about my work."
