With special gratitude, I would like to emphasize that during your presidency and thanks to your unwavering commitment, the privileged relations between Armenia and France, based on centuries-old friendship and common values uniting our two peoples, have now reached a new important milestone, transforming into a real strategic partnership.
I fondly remember my visit to Paris on December 7 and my participation in the exciting and symbolic event of the opening of the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris. I would also like to thank again friendly France and your personal efforts and continuous support aimed at strengthening Armenia's sovereignty, resilience and democracy, as well as to the establishment of lasting and just peace in the South Caucasus region.
