"I have appealed to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to instruct the law enforcement officers to deal with the statements of Taron Chakhoyan, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Government, who made false statements about me.
Let me remind you that yesterday I sent letters to my international colleagues regarding the disturbing facts of Hovik Aghazaryan's personal data protection violations. I presented both domestic legislation and norms of international law that prohibit the publication of a person's personal writings.
I also emphasized in the letter that websites affiliated with the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Taron Chakhoyan wrote targeted articles about MP Hovik Aghazaryan's sexual orientation.
As a result of my public political activity, after those writings, I was targeted by Taron Chakhoyan, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Government.
He allowed not only insulting and irresponsible evaluations about my person on his social network page and related websites, but also spread an absolutely false story that years ago I illegally recorded Pashinyan's words during a session and passed it on to Serzh Sargsyan.
And in addition, I regularly leaked information from the CP sessions. Since what was presented is not only a civil and legal issue, but also there is a need for a criminal legal assessment, I REQUESTED NIKOL PASHINIAN TO HAND IT OVER TO THE LAW ENFORCEMENT BODY:
• to find out who or who made the recording that was transferred to Serzh Sargsyan, when and under what conditions,
• who or who participated in that day's meeting, how did they record it and how did they convey it to Serzh Sargsyan? :
• To find out which CP session I participated in, what kind of leak I organized, and if he is not able to present evidence that I made a leak, consider the question of holding him accountable within the framework of the perjury proceedings.
NOTIFY that:
➢ I did not participate in the meeting on the day of the illegal recording mentioned by Taron Chakhoyan, therefore I could not record (although it is generally unacceptable for me to make secret recordings)
➢ I did not participate in the meetings of the CP ("My Step") faction for 2 years to avoid accusations of leaks. Therefore, I could not leak about events that I did not participate in. I expect a quick response from Nikol Pashinyan, because it is directly related to the Government's staff. with the deputy head who targets me for my political and human rights activities.
Making an illegal recording is considered a violation of the law and the perpetrator should be held accountable.
And if someone, including a government official, falsifies about such a recording, he should also be held responsible.
