Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan answered the question regarding the unblocking of regional telecommunications in an interview with "Armenpress", noting that he has made a written offer to Baku.
"In our opinion, we have found a solution on how to reopen the railway communication that is fully acceptable to both Armenia and Azerbaijan. We have sent the proposal to Azerbaijan in writing and we are waiting for their positive response. It will be necessary quickly sign a contract and proceed to the construction of the railway."
