In the past years, 27 parents of the fallen servicemen used the surrogate mother's services

From 2022 until today, 27 parents of the fallen soldier have used the surrogate mother's services. This was announced by the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, offering to provide compensation for using the surrogate mother's service for the second time.

According to the Ministry, the maximum number of applicants in 2025 may be 2-3, in which case the amount of necessary funds will be 11-16.5 million drams.

Moreover, it is planned that if the beneficiary parents submit an application to reimburse the costs of using the service of a surrogate mother for the second time, the compensation will be allocated in 2025.

It should be noted that 82 million drams were proposed to be allocated for the implementation of the event in the 2025 state budget of RA.

Accordingly, it is assumed that in case of acceptance of the project, there will be no need to allocate additional financial resources.
