"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"On December 10-12, the 64th main plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC PA) will be held in Armenia, for which delegations of more than a dozen member states of the BSEC PA will arrive in Armenia.
A delegation will even arrive from Turkey, while the Azerbaijani delegation, according to some news reports, has not yet confirmed its participation, which is another proof that the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace agenda is empty, invented by the RA authorities.
And there are no relations or even negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
It is planned to hold the main events of the session of the Central Committee of the National Security Council at the "Dvin" hotel.
Let's remind that Armenia assumed the presidency of this organization months ago."
