"Hraparak". When Armenia will leave the CSTO

"Hraparak" newspaper writes:

"Nikol Pashinyan said some of the teammates that in February next year, Armenia will appeal to the CSTO.

In the last February, Armenia declared membership in the structure. According to Pashinyan, Armenia has stopped participating in the CSTO processes since September.

And according to the CSTO Charter, if any of the member states does not pay the amount of membership and the budget expenditures, the expediency of remaining in the structure, it is possible to leave them out of the structure, if not, we will think about it.

It should be reminded that the CSTO budget is distributed among all the member states. Half of it pays Russia, the remaining 50% are equally distributed among the other 5 participants. "

Talking about the CSTO at a press conference yesterday, it is more likely that Armenia will have left the CSTO than the CSTO to leave the CSTO, but to join the EEU and terminate economic relations with Russia.
