"Fact" daily writes:
These days, remarkable events are taking place in neighboring Georgia.
Last night, clashes took place in Tbilisi between the supporters of "sacrificing" Georgia for the interests of the West, who lost the parliamentary elections a month ago, and police units.
Moreover, the role of the pro-Western president Salome Zurabishvili is quite large in the "operation" of provoking clashes, as evidenced by the reports and videos.
The president of Georgia, who has adopted an obviously pro-Western line, whose term of office is only a few days away, has positioned himself as a "street opposition" and is inciting clashes, instability and bloodshed within the country with the aim of overthrowing the legitimate government formed by democratic elections.
The sensational statement of the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, made before the aforementioned clashes and which became the occasion for another gathering of the opposition parties, is notable in that context.
"We have decided not to put the issue of starting negotiations with the EU on the agenda until the end of 2028, and we also refuse all EU budget grants."
Kobakhidze stated quite clearly, without ambiguity, that the West is using the issue of the resumption of negotiations on EU membership as a tool to blackmail Tbilisi.
We have already mentioned that after the mentioned decisive and rather bold statement, the "pro-Westerners" went to clashes with the police, and Salome Zurabishvili, not satisfied with what she had already done, also turned to the "European capitals" to evaluate what is happening in Georgia. In short, she "called" the country on which he is the president.
Hopefully, the Georgian authorities and the sober mass of society will eventually be able to overcome the current situation and the active attempts to destabilize and destroy the country.
What is happening, in fact, is that the current authorities of Georgia, led by Ivanishvili, showed prudence and decided to simply protect the interests of their state and people, decided not to turn Georgia into a pawn of the West's war against Russia.
And they started conducting a balanced policy. As long as Georgia was in the "European circle", everything was OK for the West, just wonderful.
But as soon as Tbilisi said, "No, Georgia and the people of Georgia are not to be sacrificed for the EU's bloody "games", official Brussels, Washington, the other "capitals" mentioned by Zurabishvili began mercilessly criticizing and labeling the Georgian authorities.
Also, "violations of human rights", and you don't know what other sins. And such accusations are made by the same EU bureaucrats and figures, the same advocates of "democracy" who ignore "their" Nikol Pashinyan's regime against unarmed protesters. the mass use of banned cluster munitions and wounding of more than 100 people, they "do not see" other ugliness, that including the dissolution of local governments.
And now the fact that the Prime Minister of Georgia made a really sensational statement about interrupting the accession negotiations with the EU is a direct consequence of the two-faced, double-standard "policy" adopted by the same European Union, the United States, and the West.
Finally, there was a country, a leader, who told the West about it. It is an extremely bold move by Kobakhidze, and it cannot be ruled out that the Western special services will try to take more "radical" steps, which they have a lot of experience with.
Well, in particular, the prime minister of Slovakia, Fizo, is a vivid example. So far, however, in the case of Georgia, the "collective West" is manifested through street riots and clashes.
By and large, the West seeks to destroy Georgia and achieve this through the earth-shattering "powers" under its funding and influence.
See: In Georgia: Zurabishvili, Sahakashvili, in Ukraine: Zelensky, in Moldova: Sandu, in Armenia: Pashinyan, in Belarus: Tikhanovskaya (not received).
All of these are "pro-Westerners", or rather, people who are ready to take any step at the behest of the European Union and the USA, because they have nothing in common with the "Western values" that were spread at the time.
What unites those mentioned is that they don't care about their own country, about their own country's interests and security, about the country's internal and external stability. and more precisely, for the sake of serving the interests of the West and receiving the "interest" of this service.
What unites them is that they can lead the country to internal conflicts and clashes. The same Nikol Pashinyan did it more than once, whether it was on March 1, 2008, after coming to power "with velvet", when in 2018 launched an attack on the RA National Assembly on October 2, in the spring of 2019 on the courts, on November 9, 2020 from the "bunker" he practically made calls inciting a civil war, later he had similar manifestations.
They don't care about the country and the people, whether in Tbilisi or Yerevan, Chisinau or Minsk. It can be said that the West has united such figures with the slogan "Unite the Earthquakes of the CIS countries" and with the deaths, disasters, and destruction they have brought. :
