"Fact" daily writes:
After the "WhatsApp dismissals", when Arpine Sargsyan was appointed Minister of Internal Affairs, one of the first to be dismissed was Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Davit Hambaryan.
There are reports in the press that Hambaryan himself refused to work with the newly appointed minister Arpine Sargsyan.
This dismissal was interpreted in various circles as the so-called "Sorosians" leaving the ministry.
According to our information, dismissals will continue in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, several other officials will soon be dismissed, including the press secretary of the Ministry, Narek Sargsyan.
However, it is difficult to call these dismissals "Sorosis" of the ministry, because the newly appointed minister himself is one of those circles and coordinated the whole process of so-called "western reforms" during Vahe Ghazaryan's tenure.
Therefore, he is unlikely to get rid of his "own" officials. Moreover, the same Davit Hambaryan is considered a member of the CP's political team, and his dismissal was taken quite hard by the non-"Soros" and more political part of the "Civil Agreement" party.
The meaning of their dissatisfaction is that they do not have an actual team member in the ministry, as a result of which Arpine Sargsyan's already free hands can get uncontrolled freedom, especially in personnel matters.
Let us add that, according to our sources, the real reasons for the hasty "emigration" of a number of personnel from the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be more clear in the coming days.
