By my decision, I submitted an application to the Speaker of the National Assembly to stop my ambassadorial functions. Narek Zeynalyan, deputy of the Communist Party of Ukraine, said this in a conversation with journalists.
He mentioned that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan asked him to put down the mandate.
"There was no request, there was a request, and I made a decision. The request is not a constitutional category, and I made a decision as a result of the request," said Zeynalyan.
Let's remind that earlier Pashinyan said in an interview to Public TV, referring to the recent dismissals.
"Just as I appealed to Argishti Kyaramyan, I also appealed to Narek Zeynalyan and Hovik Aghazaryan in the same way and with the same reason."
