In the answer received from the Ministry, it is stated that the relations related to the postponement of compulsory military service to citizens with significant achievements in the fields of science and education are regulated by the RA Government's decision N 451 of April 12, 2018, the 7th, 8th and Clauses 9.1 define the achievements, in the presence of which citizens are granted a deferral.
