But no... Considering Nikol Pashinyan's absurd statement in his November 22 interview about the identification of the concepts of Western Armenia and "Western Azerbaijan", it can be assumed that the addressee of that note is Pashinyan himself.
France clearly counterattacks Pashinyan's nonsense. He does this through his ambassador. Let me remind you that exactly 4 years ago, the French parliament recognized the independence of Artsakh.
Pashinyan welcomed that decision, but handed over Artsakh to Azerbaijan. Even now, Western Armenia is being denied. The Declaration of Independence has also been denied."
