RA NA Speakeris a statementspread about the resignation of NA deputy Narek Zeynalyan.
According to Part 1 of Article 155 of the "Rules of the National Assembly" constitutional law, Narek Zeynalyan, a deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, submitted his resignation on November 22, 2024.
According to part 2 of Article 155 of the "Regulations of the National Assembly" constitutional law, if a deputy withdraws his resignation in writing within one week after the publication of his resignation, the President of the National Assembly makes a statement to that effect, if does not accept his application for resignation, then a protocol is drawn up about the termination of his powers, which is signed and published by the President of the National Assembly.
The resignation is considered accepted from the moment of publication of the protocol," said the statement signed by Hakob Arshakyan, deputy speaker of the RA NA, acting as the NA speaker.
