Trump and Putin will sit at the negotiating table

The EU's top representative for foreign policy and security issues, Josep Borrell, expressed his opinion that Russian President Vladimir Putin and the newly elected US President Donald Trump will sit at the negotiating table, trying to reach an agreement on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.

"Everything leads to this: Trump and Putin will sit at the negotiating table, and Ukraine will be on the menu," Borrell said in an interview with the Cadena SER radio station.

At the same time, Borel noted that Zelensky is unlikely to agree to their version of the settlement of the situation without Ukraine's participation in the negotiations.
