According to the factual data obtained during the investigation, it was proved that the 29, 43, 27, 28-year-old residents of Yerevan and other persons whose identities have not yet been established, having reached a preliminary agreement on the sale of various types of narcotics in RA, promised the person whose identity has not yet been established by the latter in advance. After illegally transporting large amounts of "Marijuana", "Heroin" and "Methamphetamine" drugs from Iran to Armenia, they were illegally acquired in Armenia.
Moreover, aiming to sell the mentioned batch of narcotics through the Telegram application, one of the mentioned persons, a 43-year-old woman, contacted the user of the Telegram application and specified the circumstances of the illegal transportation of particularly large quantities of narcotics from the Republic of Iran to the Republic of Armenia. An unidentified person smuggled large amounts of 6,680.31 grams of Marijuana, 1,430 grams of Heroin, and 3,225 grams of Methamphetamine into RA across the state border and illegally stored them in the administrative area of Shvanidzor Municipality of Syunik Marz. in the hiding place.
A 43-year-old resident of Yerevan, knowing in advance that the mentioned drugs were smuggled to Armenia, rented a Nissan Tida car driven by a 28-year-old man, a member of a criminal group, on a daily basis, promising the latter that she would be paid for transporting the drug from Agarak, Syunik Marz to Yerevan. by a 27-year-old accomplice. 2024
