The goal is to take them to court. "Publication"

"Hraparak" newspaper wrote:

The Prosecutor's Office appealed the verdict of Vladimir Gasparyan, Levon Yeranosyan and others, the RA Prosecutor's Office said in response to our question.

Levon Yeranosyan and Vladimir Gasparyan also appealed the verdict.

Let's remind that the Anti-Corruption Court, presided over by Judge Vardges Sargsyan, published the verdict in this case on July 9, found them guilty of abuse of official powers, but exempted them from punishment, because they were partially amnesty, and the statute of limitations had expired.

Vladimir Gasparyan's lawyers filed an appeal demanding an acquittal.

Levon Yeranosyan told "Hraparak" that the prosecutor's office appealed and he decided to appeal the verdict.

Let's remind that Vladimir Gasparyan was charged for the fact that he allowed three servicemen not to attend a military unit, and as a result, according to the charge, "a particularly large sum of money was embezzled from state funds."

In addition, real estate worth 15 and 10 million drams in the police's balance sheet was "illegally allocated to RA police officers who do not need to improve housing conditions."

And Levon Yeranosyan was charged for having the authority to direct the police forces, using his official position, in collusion with another person in 2015-2018. in the course of time, he committed a particularly large waste of someone else's property entrusted to him, as well as official forgery.

Vardan Tunyan was accused of inciting Levon Yeranosyan to relieve RA Police platoon commander Vahram Ghazaryan of his duty to report for work in the military unit, "using his official position against the interests of the service, as a result of which severe consequences arose."

In addition, during the years 2014-2018, he embezzled large amounts of property entrusted to him.

Gurgen Grigoryan was accused of assisting Levon Yeranosyan by relieving the platoon commander of the police forces, Vahram Ghazaryan, from the obligation to report to work.

Behind these loud words, in fact, formal and ridiculous accusations were made, and the court simply could not impose a more serious punishment.

So, if the prosecutor's office is dissatisfied, then it should be dissatisfied with itself that it was only able to present such ridiculous accusations to these "old wolves".
