And Levon Yeranosyan was charged for having the authority to direct the police forces, using his official position, in collusion with another person in 2015-2018. in the course of time, he committed a particularly large waste of someone else's property entrusted to him, as well as official forgery.
Vardan Tunyan was accused of inciting Levon Yeranosyan to relieve RA Police platoon commander Vahram Ghazaryan of his duty to report for work in the military unit, "using his official position against the interests of the service, as a result of which severe consequences arose."

Gurgen Grigoryan was accused of assisting Levon Yeranosyan by relieving the platoon commander of the police forces, Vahram Ghazaryan, from the obligation to report to work.
