"Dear opposition partners, I think you don't care about the fate of the prisoners and you just want to turn the existence of the prisoners into political capital, that's your subjective perception," Rubinyan said.
Referring to the opposition's opinion that Armenia's position is not clear on the issue of the return of prisoners, he said: "Mr. Rustamyan, are you serious, which is not clear?"
In other words, someone doubts that the government wants the prisoners to return or not, which is not clear here," Rubinyan said.
