The "litmus test" of hypocrisy. "Fact"

"Fact" daily writes:

Yesterday, the UN Climate Change Conference or, as it is better known, СОР 29, began its work in Baku. By the way, Azerbaijan, the host of the conference, appointed Mukhtar Babaev, their Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, as the chairman of the conference. is the former vice president of the Azerbaijan National Oil Company. It is known that this important international conference is taking place in Baku only because Pashinyan is the leader of Armenia he willingly conceded that opportunity to Aliyev, in exchange for which he released several prisoners of war.

Of course, many saw this conference as an opportunity to exert additional pressure on Azerbaijan and, for example, to achieve the return of Artsakh's military-political leadership and other hostages, but not the RA leadership in the person of Pashinyan.

What does all this show? despite the outgoing US President Biden's direct statements about signing an agreement by СОР 29. And now even more so. Trump was elected president of the USA, and there is no doubt that Turkey and Azerbaijan will try to "sell" the signing of that ill-fated "agreement" to the new American administration as expensive as possible. The other thing that is characteristic and which we had occasion to address is the so-called democracy of the West. It is a two-faced, if not two-faced manifestation of the powers representing legislators. Everyone knows what Azerbaijan is.

It is a classic Eastern, hereditary dictatorial state under the leadership of the Aliyev clan, steeped in corruption, crimes against humanity, crimes of a genocidal nature.

It is even more ironic that the climate change conference was held in Baku. Yes, there were demonstrations against holding СОР 29 in Baku, but in no case did it reach the level of the government or the head of state. And individual observations were even more directed in such a country to somehow justify their participation in the held conference. Another interesting fact is that individual foreign figures, influential or well-known structures the statements that it is necessary to release the Armenians imprisoned by Baku, practically captured, in connection with СОР 29, practically did not receive any support from the current government of Armenia.

Moreover, Pashinyan even additionally "hit" Ruben Vardanyan, who is in captivity in Baku. In short, the conference started in Baku became a kind of litmus test not only in terms of the real intentions and desires of the Armenian authorities, but also in terms of the interests and interests of the Western world "on the ground".
