The operative-investigative measures taken by the Kotayk Regional Department of the Criminal Police found that the 49-year-old Men of Proshyants were arguing at the gas station at around 9:30 p.m. the young person causing serious damage to health.
Criminal proceedings were initiated.
A public criminal prosecution has been filed against the 29-year-old young man of Proshyan community of Kotayk region. He was found, arrested and presented in the Nairi Investigation Department.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
