It was possible to establish reliable information about 13 residents of the Kursk region who were transported to the Sumy region of Ukraine, negotiations are underway on their return to Russia, said Tatyana Moskalkova, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation. “We have reliable information about 13 citizens of the Russian Federation who were moved to Sumy region of Ukraine. Today we are negotiating with the Ukrainian side about their possible return to Russia,” Moskalkova told reporters. She noted that it is extremely important that civilians, residents of the Kursk region, are safe and also returned to their homeland.
