It is reported from the inspectorate that the student entered under the bench during the lesson (on the pretext of tying his shoelaces) and did not comply with the request to leave. In relation to the incident, the Lori Regional Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee initiated criminal proceedings (Article 171, Part 2, Clause 4 and Article 247, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code).
In connection with this incident, the school management initiated an extraordinary session of the pedagogical council, it was decided to strengthen the psychological, methodical and preventive works.
An extraordinary all-school parent meeting and a general meeting of the student council were organized.
The psychologist of RA "Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center" SNOC conducted a study in the school, the results of which were provided to the inspection body.
As a result of the study, it was recorded that cases of physical violence (holding hands, leaning against the wall, shaking) were shown to the students, which was confirmed during the lectures and conversations held. Although the mental condition of the students was assessed as stable and deep psychological injuries were not revealed, a worrying phenomenon was recorded. among students, similar behavior is perceived as normal, acceptable and caused by their own actions.
The investigation of the inspection body and the expert proved that the work of the institution's psychologist (who is also the class teacher) in the direction of creating a favorable psychological atmosphere, preventing behavioral problems and regulating interpersonal relations was insufficiently effective, which contributed to the manifestation of behavioral problems in the student. The teacher's assistant made documentation errors (no written analysis).
The inspection body, taking as a basis the studies of the administrative proceedings, the expert's conclusion and the testimony of the participants, recorded the incomplete implementation of the official duties of the school employees (principal, deputy, KADAH, psychologist, teacher's assistant), as well as a violation of the rules of professional conduct by the physics teacher.
As a result of the administrative proceedings, the school was given instructions:
Develop a plan of psychological work for the VII grade (group and individual work, preventive measures) and maintain appropriate written documents.
Carry out regular observations on the learning problems of students of class VII and make written analyses.
Organize periodic meetings and consultations with parents to develop parenting skills and strengthen the school-family relationship.
To the coordinator of educational support and educational activities (KADAH) Coordinate the work of specialized services (teacher, psychologist, teacher's assistant) and prepare a summary report.
During teaching, use methods that will contribute to the formation of positive personal characteristics (self-control, responsibility, valuing learning) in students.
