In specialized chats, many entrepreneurs complain about extremely low payments and unclear criteria for calculating compensation, although the company also previously promised discounts on storage, loan repayment delays and reduced logistics costs.
Research shows that Wildberries' support service simply does not respond to e-mails from business people, and most of the promised benefits remain on paper.
After attacks on the company's warehouse complexes in Moscow and Tambov regions, experts estimate that the total cost of goods lost by sellers is at least 150 billion rubles, which is comparable to Wildberries' entire annual net profit.
