The barbaric regime in Baku, which tried to "catch two watermelons with one hand" in the context of tense relations between Turkey and Israel, now has to make a choice. Iranologist Vardan Voskanyan wrote about this.
"The recognition of the Armenian Genocide by the government in Israel, which in itself has nothing to do with morality, has noticeably limited the maneuver range of the artificial Azerbaijan and forced the latter to adopt an openly pro-Turkish position, expressing it, no more, no less, in a statement made at the level of its foreign minister.
But this approach of the barbaric regime in Baku is not only due to the fact that Turkey is supposedly "one nation, two states".
The last unsuccessful American-Israeli war against Iran has also affected the position of the barbaric regime in Baku, because being an ally of Israel, having a neighbor like Iran, which also asserts its regional supremacy with missile strikes, has now become extremely dangerous.
At the same time, the process of turning one's back on Israel is also fraught with unpredictable consequences for the dictator of Baku, because the relative stability of the power of that same dictator is anchored on the Israeli pillars on the one hand, and on the Turkish pillar on the other, the withdrawal of each of which will definitely lead to the weakening of that power.
"Artificial Azerbaijan is an entity with a broken tradition of statehood formed around the axis of power of two dictators from hereditary ruling clans, whose future depends on the fate of only one person, the current dictator of Baku, who may now find himself between the Israeli hammer and the Turkish horseshoe," he wrote.
