"Fact" daily writes:
Increasingly, the management of information flows and targeted propaganda occupy a greater place in the framework of the policies conducted by the states.
And from this point of view, it is important to study the Azerbaijani propaganda and form a counter information field based on it.
It is no secret that the Azerbaijani state propaganda tries to present that they have a very powerful, even "world-level" state, which conducts a very flexible foreign policy and wins in all directions.
Such a propaganda line is also conditioned by the fact that dictatorial authorities operate in that country.
Aliyev needs permanent enemies in order to perpetuate his power against them and divert the attention of his own public from real problems.
It is natural that Armenia is "designated" as an enemy by the Aliyev regime, and France is one of the biggest foreign players. That is why Armenia and France are to blame for all the "trouble" in Azerbaijan.
And the state propaganda machine constantly repeats the "song" about this. Therefore, since the current dictatorial regime reigns in Azerbaijan, it is not necessary to expect that the country will ever be peaceful.
No matter how many concessions are made, they will still want more from Azerbaijan and so on. But here there is also the other side of the problem. despite the fact that under these conditions, Azerbaijan cannot give any value to the world, except for oil and gas, that country is trying to form a new reality based on illusions, to show that they have formed values, and to present it to the international community.
And in a number of directions, Azerbaijan even manages to achieve results.
For example, years ago it was even hard to imagine that the largest climate conference COP 29 could take place in a country whose economy is based on the sale of highly polluting hydrocarbons.
Well, here and there, it is a reality, and using the opportunity, Azerbaijan wants to raise its international image, and for this, the latest technologies, including the opportunities provided by generative artificial intelligence, are used, and huge sums are spent to attract experts in this direction. spent.
On the other hand, Baku's propaganda is aimed at showing that they have won a big victory over Armenia and are now stronger than ever.
And the fact that during the Artsakh war, the armed forces of Turkey came, took control of the Azerbaijani army, used Turkish ATS and brought Syrian and Libyan mercenaries. Turkey's support was of decisive importance for Azerbaijan.
And if Azerbaijan was left alone in front of the Artsakh defense army, maybe the events would have taken a different course. That is why Turkey always shows that Azerbaijan owes them.
But the Azerbaijani propaganda does not accept it and generates theses that no foreign soldiers participated in the war, they fought on their own.
Even when Erdogan announced that they would invade Israel, as they invaded Libya and Karabakh, Azerbaijan replied that only they fought in Karabakh. Thus, Baku is trying to raise the spirit of their society, to show that there is no direct game before their state, which in turn affects the public mood.
And now they have reached such a high degree of self-confidence in Azerbaijan that they have actually started threatening Armenia, they are threatening the Armenian ambassador to the EU, and the Azerbaijani Security Council also says that they can force Armenia to sign a peace agreement on their terms.
And if Armenia is guided by revanchist aspirations, the fist will be used again. But propaganda against the facts is carried out in Armenia.
RA authorities are constantly dulling public vigilance, weakening resistance and allegedly promising a peaceful, quiet future. But the worst thing is that the representatives of the government directly state that we are not capable of fighting against Azerbaijan.
And so they form an inferiority complex. In other words, whatever demands they make of Azerbaijan, they must fulfill. In this context, it is no coincidence that Pashinyan constantly scares the people with war. if they do not demarcate the border and cede lands, Azerbaijan will start a new war, as a result, catastrophic events will repeat again.
And a significant part of our society gives in to fear and has to accept the conditions offered by the RA authorities.
But if this continues for a long time, our statehood can really end up on the altar of events. In the end, our society will stop defending its rights under threats of inferiority and fear, which brings Armenia's self-indulgence and new capitulation closer.
And Azerbaijan will stop only when it meets resistance.
