Turkey delivered a letter to the UN

Turkey forwarded a letter to the United Nations, which contains a call from more than 50 countries to establish an arms embargo against Israel. This was announced by the head of the Republic's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan in Djibouti following the results of the two-day conference "Partnership between Turkey and Africa". The broadcast was carried out by TRT Haber TV channel.

"Benjamin Netanyahu's government has become a source of global threat. At every opportunity, we must repeat that selling arms to Israel means complicity in the genocide it is carrying out. With this understanding, we presented to the UN on November 1 a joint letter signed by 52 countries and 2 international organizations, calling on the Security Council to direct all states to stop selling arms and ammunition to Israel," Fidan said.
