On February 27, an extraordinary incident took place in Shirak marz. Around 00:20, the Mush Department of the Community Police Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs received operative information that a young man was walking completely naked on Shirakatsi street in Gyumri city, near "Vega" known to Gyumri people.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, officers of the Mush police department went to the mentioned place and it was found out that the information is reliable.
In the mentioned medical center, he was diagnosed with "psychomotor agitation, exogenous poisoning with question mark".
According to the doctor, he is unable to explain what happened.
