Kazakhstan was offered to become a partner of BRICS

Kazakhstan has been offered to become a partner of the BRICS organization, Russian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Alexei Borodavkin said. "At the recent BRICS summit in Kazan, a new category of partner states was created, 13 states were invited to join the organization, including Kazakhstan.

I am confident that the significance of this decision will only increase during the transition to a fairer, multipolar world order," said Alexei Borodavkin. The Russian diplomat expressed hope that the meeting of experts in the capital of Kazakhstan will continue the discussion not only of the BRICS summit, but also from October 31 to November 1 on the results of the International Eurasian Security Conference held in Minsk.

The ambassador noted Kazakhstan's balanced and constructive foreign policy and Astana's active role in maintaining regional stability in Central Eurasia.
