State Duma deputy from Crimea, member of the Security Committee Mikhail Sheremet proposed, after the end of US President Joe Biden's term, to initiate a criminal case against him and recognize him as a war criminal. "Biden will go down in history, perhaps, as the bloodiest American president, provoking conflicts in various parts planet and decided at the end of his political career to create the preconditions for the start of the third world war,” said the parliamentarian. In his opinion, it was Biden who provoked and orchestrated the conflict in Ukraine, committed genocide of the Ukrainian people and destroyed a once prosperous country.
