Making Armenia a part of mega-projects should become the task of the future national authorities. "Fact"

"Fact" daily writes:

Armenia can become part of North-South, India-Europe, One Belt One Road mega-programs. For this, according to Gagik Minasyan, a member of the RPA Executive Body, first of all, a favorable geographical location, meeting the demands for infrastructure, and friendly and reliable relations with the main beneficiaries of the programs are necessary.

Becoming a part of these programs can provide economic, political and security opportunities to the country.

And what should be done to increase our chance of joining these mega programs? According to Gagik Minasyan, at least a few points are necessary, for example, to build the Meghradzor automobile tunnel and the Vanadzor-Meghradzor tunnel-Hrazdan highway, the Vanadzor-Fioletovo railway, the Haghartin village section of the Hrazdan-Kayan railway, the Gagarin-Agarak railway in the landslide-free area. According to calculations, the monetary value of the implementation of these four projects is around 3.852 billion dollars.

According to Gagik Minasyan, Armenia can offer several routes to the mentioned mega-programs. In particular, North-South, until the launch of the Abkhazian railway from Russia through the Black Sea or the highway to Georgia, and then to Armenia.

Through Armenia by highway or railway, or by railway, then by highway to Iran, then to India. Next: India (also Persian Gulf countries) - Europe: India (Persian Gulf countries) - Iran - Armenia.

Through Armenia by highway or railway, or by highway and then by railway to Georgia and then to the Black Sea and Europe. Finally: One belt - One road (middle corridor): China-Central Asian countries-Caspian Sea-Azerbaijan, then through Armenia or Georgia to Turkey and Europe. Moreover, it is also possible to reach Europe from Georgia via the Black Sea.

At the same time, Gagik Minasyan emphasizes that making Armenia part of the North-South, India-Europe, One Belt One Road mega-projects should become the task of the future national authorities.
