Sijarto: Georgia did not want to be a second Ukraine, that's why it chose peace with Russia

Georgia did not want to be a second Ukraine, chose peace with Russia, and the people of this country made a clear decision in the parliamentary elections held on October 26, although the leadership of the European Union did not like it very much. The Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations Peter Szijarto, who accompanies the head of the government Viktor Orbán during his visit to Tbilisi, expressed a similar opinion.

"There are many people in Brussels who wanted Georgia to become a second Ukraine, but the people of Georgia did not agree with that. If Georgia became a second Ukraine, it would mean a lost war, hundreds of thousands of victims and millions of refugees," the foreign minister said in an interview with Hungarian television.
