The Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia accused the President of the country of participating in mass riots

The President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, is participating in organizing riots in the country with the opposition. Shalva Papuashvili, the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, announced this in a briefing.

"You see that Ms. Salomen Zurabishvili is directly participating in the scenario called "unrest in the country" with the opposition," Papuashvili said, according to TASS.

The President of Georgia stated earlier that he does not recognize the results of the parliamentary elections held in the country, according to which the ruling party won. He also called on the country's residents to organize protests.

On October 26, parliamentary elections were held in Georgia for the first time using electronic ballot boxes. According to the Central Electoral Commission, the ruling "Georgian Dream-Democratic Georgia" party has 54.08% and has the right to form the government.
