Iran's First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref said after Israel's attack on the Islamic Republic that his country had "humiliated and weakened its enemies".
Iran's power leaves the enemies of the motherland humiliated and powerless," he wrote in X.
On October 1, Iran launched a massive missile attack on the Jewish state in response to the assassinations of key figures in the leadership of Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
Israel's General Staff promised to respond to the attack. Supreme leader of the republic, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, warned that his country's retaliatory strikes against Israel would be more extensive in this case.
