In an interview with Sky News Arabia, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated the main conditions for the settlement of the conflict with Ukraine.
According to him, the basis of the settlement should be the security of Ukraine's neutral status and the rejection of any step towards joining the military, especially military blocs. He also pointed out the inadmissibility of arming Ukraine with nuclear weapons.
Putin noted that it is necessary to officially register the neutrality of Ukraine, not participating in the military alliances and the lack of nuclear weapons. He stressed that such events are the basis of long-term stability in the region.
