It should be noted that Gyurjian is accused of large-scale embezzlement by fraud and falsification of documents. According to the CC, he forged a document with the group and committed a large-scale theft of property worth AMD 1,935,000 "CHEVROLET LACETTI-1.4". He was charged under Article 255, Part 2, 1 and 3 of the RA Criminal Code.
