3 journalists were killed by Israeli strikes in Lebanon. Al Jazeera

3 journalists who were covering military operations were killed by Israeli strikes in Lebanon at night. This is reported by Al Jazeera.

According to the publication, the attack was carried out on their residence in the southern city of Hasbaya in Lebanon.

The Lebanese pan-Arab Al Mayadeen TV channel confirmed that its cameraman was killed in an Israeli airstrike on the journalists' residence. Al Jazeera notes that the airstrike, which killed two more journalists, most likely targeted media workers.

The media reminds that two days before this strike, Israel carried out an airstrike on the office belonging to Al Mayadeen. It is believed that Al Mayadeen may be connected to Hezbollah.

Two more Al Mayadeen journalists covering military operations on Lebanon's southern border were killed in an Israeli strike in 2023. on November 21.

Israel has been carrying out airstrikes on Lebanon since September 23, and since October 1, it has launched a ground operation against Hezbollah, as a result of which around 2,000 people have been killed and hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced.
