"The committee for the protection of the fundamental rights of the people of Artsakh headed by Vardan Oskanyan has returned from abroad, where they held dozens of meetings and discussed the issues of the return and rights of the people of Artsakh. In recent days, the commission had meetings with the President of Artsakh, deputies, members of the government, and experts and presented a report on the work done. The information conveyed by Vardan Oskanyan, on the one hand, created optimistic moods in Artsakh circles, inspired hope that the issue is not closed, on the other hand, embarrassed them. because Oskanyan said that the commission is doing a titanic job, but they are inactive. "What are you doing?" Oskanyan asked a direct question, noting that only a few people raised the issue of the rights of Artsakh residents and especially the right of return. An agreement was reached that not only the deputies, but also public-expert circles should be active, on the one hand restraining the Azerbaijani speech of the Armenian authorities, on the other hand, to become a support for the committee, so that they can refer to the Artsakh circles abroad.
