The American court has recognized most of the customs duties that US President Donald Trump has established against other states. The decision was made by the judges of the US Court of Appeals, 7 votes in favor and 4 against.
The Court has left the operation of customs duties until October 14 so that the US President's administration has the opportunity to appeal.
