On August 19, the Medical Center of the Aragatsotn Region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received that the abdominal ambulance group was taken to hospital with a 64-year-old resident of Aparan.
The employees of the Aragatsotn Regional Department of the Criminal Police and the Aparan Policy Department and Aragatsotn's patrols left for the hospital.
Community police have found out operative data with partners that the 31-year-old fellow citizen was hit by a man with a cutting and piercing tool on the same day, at around 20.10 of Aparan on the street.
On August 19, a 31-year-old man was found on the same street, arrested and taken to Aparan department, where he confessed to the act.
He and the documents made up of the pre-trial body. Circumstances are being clarified.
