One of the leaders of the Italian mafia was arrested in Colombia

The Colombian police caught one of the leaders of the Italian mafia, Gustavo Nocella, who was considered one of the most wanted drug dealers in the world. This was reported in X by the head of the police of the South American country, William René Salamanca.

According to him, the Colombian police, in cooperation with Italian partners, the EU police service and the British authorities, found out that Nocella is in Colombia. According to Semana magazine, the drug dealer moved from one apartment to another every three months, but he took a billiard table with him in each of them, which allowed us to find out his exact location.

"The pool table revealed the new godfather of the Italian mafia. We caught one of the world's most wanted drug dealers in Medellin, the Italian Gustavo Nocella, who was the main link between the Rinaldi-Formicola, Amato-Pagano and De Micco clans and the South American mafia," Salamanca wrote.
