US President Donald Trump sent a letter to Canadian Prime Minister Mark Karni on making imports on imports imported from Canada on August 1. He has published the letter on his Reus Social page.
"From August 1, the United States will set a 35% customs duties on Canadian goods delivered to the United States, independent of industrial customs duties," the letter reads.
Trump as a reason for his decision to prevent Fentinel smuggling Fenthaney smuggling, but said that the current tariff plan could change if Canada cooperates with the United States to combat drug flow.
