Digital voting has taken root in Russia, people believe it and understand that this is a very quick expression of will, which is immediately objectified as a result, said Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Chairman of United Russia Dmitry Medvedev.

“It’s obvious that digital will also have an impact on political life. Just recently we had a hard time imagining digital voting, but here it is. They said: “No, people won’t believe it.” Nevertheless, it has taken root, they believe and understand “that this is a very quick expression of will, which is immediately objectified as a result,” Medvedev said, answering questions at a meeting with the heads of regional executive committees of United Russia.
