China's People's Liberation Army has started the "Joint Sword - 2024B" exercise around Taiwan. This was reported by senior colonel Li Xi, the official representative of the Eastern zone of the combat command, TASS reports.

"The Chinese People's Liberation Army's Eastern Combatant Command Zone has organized ground forces, navy, air force, missile force and other troops to conduct the Joint Sword - 2024B exercise," the statement said.

Before this, Wu Jiang, the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of China, warned that providing weapons to Taiwan by third countries would mean war.
